He lets Congress wrangle about his tax records until they do something about it. Then getting folks' tax records to check their cleanliness becomes well known to the populous.

So they get his taxes and guess what? Clean!!

But now he wants their tax records! Oh crap!!

Guess what we find? NOT CLEAN!!
