I'm a former sciencefag, now a lawfag. I excelled in science and graduated #1 in my science major at a well known university. I don't say that to brag but, rather, to say that I was indoctrinated fully into the liberally-bent world of academia. I did research on retroviruses and AIDS, I co-authored scientific research papers, and I was encouraged by others to think that I was more enlightened than the masses. Hell, I even used to listen to NPR in my lab all day because I was one of the elite, educated people.
I wasn't supposed to believe in God or Jesus or miracles, but I always did. I never did buy into the libtard academicians' arguments that we were "better" than others.
Their bullshit was fully apparent when the Ph.D. director of the lab in which I worked asked me to falsify data on a funded research study. He wanted me to alter my results.
My results of a study gave a conclusive answer. This piece of shit, whose name I am incredibly tempted to type, asked me to change the results so that they would appear to be "equivocal," thus requiring further study and an infusion of more NIH funding. This pos was misappropriating his grant money, converting it for his personal use. He wanted more, more, more money.
I told this POS professor that I needed one night to consider his plan. We agreed to meet the next morning to discuss how we would perpetrate our scientific fraud.
Rather than spending that night considering how to defraud the scientific community, however, I instead called my boyfriend. The two of us spent the night at my lab, where I typed up protocols for my colleagues to follow (when they took over my research), and I packed up my shit.
At 9:00 a.m. the next day I met with that asshole professor and submitted my resignation.
The piece of garbage had his tenure revoked within 1.5 years and he's been blackballed from the scientific community ever since.
Me? I left science and chose law and never looked back.
I had no problem doing the right thing because, notwithstanding the libtards' steady influence on my brain, I never wavered in my faith in Christ. Perhaps BECAUSE I was a dedicated scientist, God showed me one inexplicable miracle after another over my lifetime.
I was raised by two sweet parents who, despite some flaws, took care to inspire us kids to have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
I did, and I still do.
