Dam fag watching the water CA

Lots of rainfall above OROVILLE last night and reported tornado above Shasta last night.

Here are current levels, still rising.

When Oroville hits 900 ft it tops over the “repaired” spillway. What will happen when the snow starts melting. Why aren’t river monitor stations working above and below these dams?
