It is yet another sophisticated operation to control what the people think, by giving them the illusion of choice on what to believe. She might as well be saying: "we present the user with the information they are seeking, but we shame them if they choose to believe it by telling them the lie that the video is fake"

their whole argument relies on the premise that the video is "fake". that is why AC stresses the video is "fake" several times, and then FB spox stresses their trusted method establishes it is "fake". Hegelian dialectic at play.

The only thing fake here is the argument over whether to pull the content. The real goal is to establish in the public's mind that the video is "fake".

Important methodology for them, not only for this one video, but for future video evidence…
