Earthquake also happened 2010 in Ottawa (capital of Canada) during Chinese President Hu Jintao's state visit prior to G20 in Toronto. This anon happened to be there during the earthquake.

Seems like "someone" enjoys adding earthquakes to some of these events?

Also note that Richard Hoagland of "Monuments of Mars" fame has argued in his analysis of the Norway Spiral that the Haitian earthquake (Red Cross, Clinton Foundation, child trafficking, …) may have been cause by a torsion directed energy sort of weapon:
