Looks like some kind of Diabetic Shock. I'm not a Medic, but I've witnessed one before. Very similar. He's shaky and all the color drained out of his face. Note, he also had Gastric Bi pass surgery, yet he doesn't care about how he looks. You can tell that by the gigantic suits he wears. Which tells me, the Dr. probably highly recommended the Surgery because he's Diabetic. Just muh feelz though, no sauce.
