"It is believed the pilot was the only person aboard the Cessna Citation V when it crashed around 6 p.m. Friday according to the Federal Aviation Administration. Pilots of Florida Air National Guard F-15s that were sent to intercept the Citation watched it crash into the ocean, the Coast Guard said."
