For years California has not had enough water and now the lake is about to start letting water overflow? What has changed to allow this to happen sounds like it's time to start diggin.

The chem trails mess up the natural water cycle. You get them out of the way and the sun will evaporate the water from the ocean and spread it across the land when humidity builds up. You probably have had more rain because they have been slowed down. Also will cut back on the dryness stopping some of the Forrest fires.
I am with you on that. I had read before that stopping them instantly would cause a horrible reaction. I don't think they have stopped them completely because of that reason but they have been cut drastically enough that we are seeing the effects.
