Anonymous ID: 267722 Ted Lieu - Military Justice May 25, 2019, 10:09 p.m. No.6590899   🗄️.is 🔗kun

Ted Lieu, serves in the House of Representatives, as a delegate from California. He also is a member of the Air Force Reserve serving the Judge Adjutant Corp with the rank of Colonel. Col Lieu is incredibly outspoken and continually makes very derogatory remarks regarding POTUS and numerous other senior elected officials. The thing is as a military member, the freedom of speech to do that is taken away. The Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 88 states "Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.” You could also easily argue that Col Lieu constitently acts in a way unbecoming of an officer. As such he also violates UCMJ Article 133, Conduct Unbecoming.

Col Lieu continues to act in a way that brings discredit and dishonor to himself, the JAG Corps, and the United States Air Force. He should be immediately stripped of his rank and made to stand trial for his actions.
