Marine Boat Auction June 8, 2019

 

LONG BEACH MARINE BUREAU is holding an auction of impounded and abandoned vessels on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Alamitos Bay Marina Office. Inspection and registration begins at 8AM and the bidding begins at 9AM.

 

All items offered “As Is – Where Is.” All sales are final. There will be no refunds or adjustments. There is no warranty either specific or implied as to the condition of the items offered for sale and we reserve the right to reject any offer or withdraw any item from the sale.

 

Full payment is due the day of the sale, no later than 11AM. There will be no refunds, or adjustments. Payment may be made with cash or credit card. (Visa or Master card).

 

Vessels sold at the auction will not be allowed in the City of Long Beach marinas for a period of six months.

I agree the photos don’t match, but I trust my photo from Google Map more than that official “record” photo. Got mine from the Alamitos Bay Harbormaster website which was nice enough to post a link to Google Maps. I followed that link and took a drive down that road adjacent to Dock #1.

 

A reminder, the vessel hasn’t moved since last September, so Google Map had a long time to take an image of her. Also, got a name on the side of the vessel as “Reverie”. And, is it a coincidence that a boat I get a pic of is also there at dock 1, slip #10?
