>isn't it more likely that many of the "suicides" of people connected to the Clintons and the DS actually reflect life sentences at Gitmo?

Graham: Pelosi's job is at risk

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) said Sunday that Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) job is at risk.

"Her job is very much at risk," Graham, a staunch defender of President Trump, said on "Fox News Sunday." "Nancy Pelosi is riding a bucking, wild bronco called the Democratic caucus."

"Seventy percent of the Democratic base wants President Trump impeached. She knows that impeachment would be political suicide because there’s no reason to impeach the president. So she’s trying to keep the party intact. If she goes down the impeachment road, Republicans take back the House, we keep the Senate, President Trump gets reelected."

Pelosi has faced increased pressure from many members of her party in recent weeks to launch impeachment proceedings against the president.

The California lawmaker, however, has maintained that beginning proceedings is premature.

Trump and Pelosi engaged in a war of words all last week.

The president said he would not work with Democrats on their legislative priorities unless they end their investigations, which he views as an attempted “redo” of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.

He walked out of a meeting with Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) moments after Pelosi said Democrats think Trump is engaging in a “cover-up” by refusing to cooperate with investigations.

The Democratic leader later said that she thinks Trump is “just crying out” for Democrats to launch impeachment proceedings against him as a way to distract from scandals plaguing his administration.
