I've just started making fermented vegetables - gives you the probiotics to fight just about anything! Gives you a healthy gut.

I just also finished making my first batch of Kambucha (fermented tea). Very good for a healthy gut.

Look into it. There's a lot on youtube about it. I recommend the Donna Schwenk channel, she gets into a lot of the scientific research behind it. Cured her daughter who was allergic to everything and cured her family from a bought of food poisoning!

That's why I started, I was told I had leaky gut syndrome. I'm very sensetive to all the gmo's and non-organically grown foods and all the chemicals in our foods. Fermented foods and drinks help to fight the bad bacteria by replacing it with the good bacteria. So far (just started a couple days ago) I'm doing good. The first few days, due to the detoxing effect, you may feel a little under the weather, but all will be good shortly!

Best of luck Anon!!
