Years ago, anons on boards like these tied people together to create crypto-currency in the pursuit of p2p markets and to exit the control that we are under that benefits controlling parasitic people and war-mongers. There was to be a period of time where circles-of-trust would be developed whereby the world could trust to use these networks. The currency is not money, but a means to trade uncontrolled to bypass any and all blocks. We are only waiting for the world to catch up. The ones in control now will try to find a way to keep that control.
All the tools necessary for UBI or any other solution are sitting there for people to use. No force necessary.
