Are these all Irish surnames?
Frankly, when POTUS was first inaugurated I started counting the number of people in his cabinet with blue eyes. There were a lot. Haven't counted lately. I don't know that it has any particular significance. I'd like to think POTUS is selected people based on merit and a good fit with the job (and secondarily, some people put into their position to kick ass then depart, Scarmucci model, and some deep state allowed to flop publicly then dismissed like Tillerson or McMaster).
