Editor's Note: Our friend, Dan from Squirrel Hill, has updated his list to 1,063 documented examples of Barack Obama's lying, lawbreaking, corruption, cronyism, etc. He began with 252 examples, then quickly grew to 504 and later to 694. In November 2014, he added more than 200 more examples of the usurper-in-chief's unlawful acts. By May, that number had grown to 1,063. In January 2016, the list had grown to 1,180. In April of 2019, Dan had accumulated 1,375 well sourced examples.

Every President, every politician, and every human being tells lies and engages in acts of hypocrisy. But Barack Obama does these things to a far greater degree than anyone else that I have ever known of. His campaign promises were so much better sounding than anyone else's – no lobbyists in his administration, waiting five days before signing all non-emergency bills so people would have time to read them, putting health care negotiations on C-SPAN, reading every bill line by line to make sure money isn't being wasted, prosecution of Wall St. criminals, ending raids against medical marijuana in states where it's legal, high levels of transparency. Obama's promises of these wonderful things sounded inspiring and sincere. They sounded so much better than the promises of any other President. So when Obama broke these promises, it felt so much worse than when other Presidents broke their promises.

Some of the things on this list are major events that should scare the daylights out of any true liberal who cares about civil liberties.

In June 2011, U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) said that Obama had violated the Constitution when he launched military operations in Libya without Congressional approval.

In April 2014, Ralph Nader said that Obama should be impeached for his actions in Libya.

2) Gave a no-bid contract to Halliburton cronies – just like Bush did

In May 2010, it was reported that the Obama administration had selected KBR, a former subsidiary of Halliburton, for a no-bid contract worth as much as $568 million through 2011, just hours after the Justice Department had said it would pursue a lawsuit accusing the Houston-based company of using kickbacks to get foreign contracts.

Don't be fooled by the words "former subsidiary." These are the same Halliburton cronies that Bush gave a no-bid contract to.

It led MacRae to write “Hypothesis: Radical Greens are the Great Killers of Our Age," which explains the APEGA award withdrawal and to support his contention that radical greens have done enormous harm to humanity and the environment with their destructive, misguided policies. MacRae writes, “APEGA refused to discuss the evidence, and baselessly claimed the moral high ground.”

At Least 30 Killed, 200 Missing as Boat Sinks on Lake in Western Congo - Reports

According to local authorities, more than 80 people survived after a boat sank on lake Mai-Ndombe in Inongo, Congo on Saturday, AP reported.

Simon Mboo Wemba, the mayor of Inongo, told AP on Sunday night that many of those aboard the boat were teachers, who traveled to collect their salaries by boat because roads in the region are so poor.

It was not immediately known how many people were aboard the boat when it hit foul weather late Saturday. According to AP, citing local authorities, several hundred were on board.

Boats in the vast nation of Congo are usually overloaded with passengers and cargo, and official rules don't reportedly include all those aboard.

Back in April, another boat capsized on Lake Kivu in Congo's South Kivu province, killing at least 40 people. While the Congolese authorities have said that 150 people are missing, and 30 people have been saved, the exact number of the victims remains unknown, according to media reports.

Turkey Resumed Its Weapon Supplies To Syrian Militants To Counter Syrian Army Offensive

Turkey has resumed its weapon supplies to “mainstream Syrian rebels” to help them fend off the ongoing Syrian Arab Army (SAA) military operation in northern Hama, the Reuters news agency revealed in a report on May 25.

According to the news agency, Turkey is supplied the militants with dozens of armored vehicles, Grad rocket launchers and anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), including US-made TOW.

“In doing so [resuming weapons supplies] Turkey signaled its readiness to preserve its influence in northwestern Syria, where it has beefed up its troop presence in a dozen military bases that were set up under a de-escalation deal with Russia,” the agency quoted a senior rebel commander as saying.

The SAA launched its limited military operation in the northern Hama countryside earlier this month with direct support from Russia, whose Aerospace Forces are providing close air support to SAA units.

A Western intelligence source told Reuters that Washington had given a “greenlight” for Turkish-backed militants to use TOW ATGMs in order to repel the SAA operation.

Turkish-backed militants are supporting the former branch of al-Qaeda in Syria, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), effectively helping it to maintain its presence in northwestern Syria. This raises serious questions about the real motives behind the Turkish support for these militants.

Pence Promises Combat to West Point Class

"It is a virtual certainty that you will fight on a battlefield for America at some point in your life. You will lead soldiers in combat. It will happen," Vice President Mike Pence told the most diverse graduating class of West Point on Saturday, "Some of you will join the fight against radical Islamic terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq." This speech comes just a day after the Pentagon confirmed 1,500 more American troops will be deployed to the Middle East.

"Some of you may even be called upon to serve in this hemisphere … When that day comes, I know you will move to the sound of the guns." Pence warned the 980 newly commissioned second lieutenants. We know Pence spoke with Juan Guaido the night before he declared himself President of Venezuela almost igniting a civil war in the country. Guaido has since had several failed attempts to overthrow Maduro, it seems the only way to get Maduro out of power would be with an invasion of a US coalition. Let’s hope Pence doesn’t get his wish of this class serving in our hemisphere.

Pence went on, "As you accept the mantle of leadership I promise you, your commander in chief will always have your back. Mr. Trump is the best friend the men and women of our armed forces will ever have."

If President Trump was truly the best friend of the men and women of our armed forces, 1,500 more of them would not be on their way to the Middle East right now. He would actually have ended our wars in Syria and Afghanistan like he said he was going to. The 2019 class included 233 women and 110 African Americans. How about we don’t celebrate this diversity by sending them off to die in pointless wars Mr. Vice President?

British PM contender Dominic Raab has Jewish father who fled the Nazis

Former British minister for exiting the EU, Dominic Raab, whose Jewish father fled Nazi Germany, is one of at least eight candidates to announce their candidacy to replace outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May in the upcoming Conservative party elections.

“Today, I’m declaring my intention to run in the Conservative leadership contest,” he tweeted Sunday morning. “I’ve set out in the Mail on Sunday my plan for change, and a fairer Britain.”

Raab pledged last year to fight antisemitism in memory of his father, and took a stand against antisemitism in Britain’s Labour Party in a speech he delivered at a Conservative Party conference.

“You would be surprised how many British people take this personally,” Raab said. “They know things you chose to forget.”

According to his web page, Raab has strong ties to the Middle East and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in particular. He “studied and worked in Israel and the West Bank,” Raab’s web page states.

In 1998, he “spent a summer at Bir Zeit University (near Ramallah), and worked for one of the principal Palestinian negotiators of the Oslo peace accords, assessing World Bank projects on the West Bank.”

Raab quit as May’s Brexit minister last year in protest over her draft exit agreement, saying it did not match the promises the Conservative Party made in the 2017 election. Raab served only five months as head of the Brexit department.

Former CNN Contributors Slam 'Hate Trump' Network That 'Openly Despises Conservatives'

A spate of conservatives who used to be employed by CNN have come forward with claims that they were driven out by the network's rampant "anti-Trump" bias and a culture that "openly despises conservatives."

"Most of us got squeezed out involuntarily," said former Georgia congressman and CNN contributor, Jack Kingston in an interview with Mediaite. "I was there for two years and was certainly willing to continue. It was clear to me in the end that the Republicans they prefer are anti-Trump Republicans."

“Wikipedia is…broken,” controlled by special interests and bad actors, says co-founder

I’ve done quite a bit of reporting about how Wikipedia is definitely not “the encyclopedia anyone can edit.” It’s become a vehicle for special interests to control information. Agenda editors are able to prevent or revert edits and sourcing on selected issues and people in order to control the narrative.

My own battle with Wikipedia included being unable to correct provably false facts such as incorrect job history, incorrect birth place and incorrect birth date.

What’s worse is that agenda editors related to pharmaceutical interests and the partisan blog Media Matters control my Wikipedia biographical page, making sure that slanted or false information stays on it. For example, they falsely refer to my reporting as “anti-vaccine,” and imply my reporting on the topic has been discredited. In fact, my vaccine and medical reporting has been recognized by top national journalism awards organizations, and has even been cited as a source in a peer reviewed scientific publication. However, anyone who tries to edit this factual context and footnotes onto my page finds it is quickly removed.

What persists on my page, however, are sources that are supposedly disallowed by Wikipedia’s policies. They include citations by Media Matters, with no disclosure that it’s a partisan blog.

Another entity quoted on my Wikipedia biographical page to disparage my work is the vaccine industry’s Dr. Paul Offit. But there’s no mention of the lawsuits filed against Offit for libel (one prompted him to apologize and correct his book), or the fact that he provided false information about his work and my reporting to the Orange County Register, which later corrected its article. Obviously, these facts would normally make Offit an unreliable source, but for Wikipedia, he’s presented as if an unconflicted expert. In fact, Wikipedia doesn’t even mention that’s Offit is a vaccine industry insider who’s made millions of dollars off of vaccines.

Meantime, turn to Dr. Offit’s own Wikipedia biography and– at last look– it also omitted all mention of his countless controversies. Instead, it’s written like a promotional resume– in violation of Wikipedia’s supposed politics on neutrality.
