checking out the trailers for upcoming network shows.
A few interesting items:
EVIL - where science and religion meet. CBS https://youtu.be/WFvo3fS4Zwc
Batwoman - "After a dishonorable discharge from military school and years of brutal survival training, Kate returns home when the Alice in Wonderland gang targets her father and his security firm (Crow), by kidnapping his best Crow officer "
https://youtu.be/vrIiPcv4_iY(on The CW)
neXt- "about the emergence of a deadly, rogue artificial intelligence that combines pulse-pounding action with a layered examination of how technology is invading our lives and transforming us in ways we don’t yet understand." on FOX https://youtu.be/rRAoNVJcgms
Party of Five - "The one-hour drama, which was given a 10-episode order from the network, is said to follow the five Acosta children as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico" (on freedom)
https://youtu.be/PnUyd_leG5c
also FBI:Most Wanted (which I'm pretty sure won't be running a storyline about treason.), lots of mixed-race romances (unity?) and one, Emergence on ABC dealing with "a police chief who takes in a young child she finds near the site of a mysterious accident who has no memory of what has happened. The investigation draws her into a conspiracy larger than she ever imagined, and the child’s identity is at the center of it all." https://youtu.be/aAD2deAqxCE
I was curious if Hollywood was advancing anything relevant to us here. Many more shows without trailers yet.
