Reviewing early Q posts: Those first few days 10/28-11/2, Q was misdirecting the SA coup, hinting at US actions. Right around this time, 11/5 I think, Trump went to Japan to meet with Abe, which is where Trump is now.

This trip, POTUS has seemed especially intent on telling everyone where he is (leaving now, now on AF1, now in Alaska, now in Japan). Reminds me of Q saying POTUS will be aboard AF1 and safe once actions begin on US soil.

Then I read Q#44, and it makes me think this is in reference to his declas tweets on Thursday.
