dossier was not intended for spying and was never meant to be public, trump was never supposed to win. it was going to be used to tie up lose ends after she had won, destroying the trump movement, taking out the good guys in the military/fbi/cia etc.
manafort - swamp monster but a liability, they threw him under the bus, no loyalty, takes money from anyone, plays all sides
general flynn - a big threat to these criminals, worked under obama
felix sater - fbi asset, good guy, got phone numbers from saddam etc…big threat
carter page, fbi asset, another threat
so the italian government may have been given hillarys emails, who were then going to plant them so as to be connected to the trump campaign.
occhionero claims that they never were able to finish the job.
now if the fbi came in and isolated the server, that would most likely mean that the fbi caught them trying to do it red handed.
