Umm, that's kinda missing the point.

She had Top Secret (SAP) information on a private server. The only way it gets there is by physically removing it from a classified government system.

The US has Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET). SIPRNET has most classified info, and it does not connect to NIPRNet (or anything else) at all. Additionally, the most highly classified info (like SAP, aka Special Access Program info) is kept on an entirely different network that communicates with NOTHING ELSE.

The only way that info gets on her server is by physically copying it and putting it there manually. There is no electronic transfer possible otherwise.

I'm no longer young and seldom have those inclinations anymore, but if the exposure of this classified info caused the deaths of any people helping our country (and it sounds like it did), then I can say with a clear conscience that I could vote for the death penalty if I end up on a jury.
