had this argument with the same one a few days ago-he wants to have a geologic and placement discussion without what they did differently from the original design specs. I tried to put the report in but it's over the size limit…link works though. From what I know he was talked to several times but after that just speculation. Located in mexico I think. not sure where exactly.
