Culturally, what is happening in Japan is on par with "the Welcome" in Saudi Arabia. Sumo, meeting with the new Emperor, and a very happy Abe….

Abe is genuinely smiling and happy. The Japanese are usually reserved, especially govt types. If Japan is liberated, liberated from what? (China?)
