I figured out the plot.

All this was supposed to happen in late summer 2016, but it didn't work.

They started getting desperate in October, when they raided the Occhieneros, who destroyed their smart cards and locked everyone out.

They were arrested in January right before inauguration to keep them quiet.

Just like they tried to flip PapaD, to set him up too.

Mel Sembler, prior ambassador to Italy, was on Trumps finance committee, and has a relationship with Occhienero.

But the bigger connection was going to be PapaD.

Mifsud, the shady Russian professor, was going to offer to sell Hillarys emails, that he got from the Occhieneros.
