I don't think the optics are good in dissing her father. Most people, myself included, don't believe you are responsible for the sins of your father. Just go after her on the merits, i.e., like the rest of the Demonrats, what has she accomplished while in office? And no, just going after POTUS DJT like the rest in her joke of a party, is not an accomplishment.
