No.

This is the banner from my team.

'''1 FC Köln"

1st Football Club Cologne.

Thats Germany. Not UK.

My Guess why this was on the dam?!:

There is a media server that manages "soft edge projections". You need soft edge projections when you want to project a big picture with lots of projectors. The Software/Hardware needed is called "Pandoras Box". The software and the hardware was from Cologne/Germany.

The company whis invented this technology was "Coolux" from Cologne/Germany.

Coolux was bought from "Christie Digital Systems, Inc."

I think that the picture originated from the time that Coolux was still from Colonge/Germany.

Thats why i think that the operator who calibrated the shitton of projectors needed for this, used the logo for fun or to check the soft edge,

because the operator himself was from Cologne.

To calibrate the projectors you need test patterns.

This picture is just fooling around when the calibration is done.

I've seen projection operators playing video games this size when they're finished calibrating.

The goat is "Hennes"

It's the mascot of the 1st Football Club Cologne

https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geißbock_Hennes

The "two towers" are the church spires from the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cologne_Cathedral

Why the goat is humping the cathedral.

Good question. I am asking that myself.
