Actually I kind of agree. Read up on Edward leedskalnin. He and Tesla wre pretty good buddies from what I understand. He is the fella that built the Coral Castle in Florida that nobody knows how he did it. I bought his book and it is available still. Some very simple principles, and you get to figure the rest out yourself. He doesn't give up much

Senior Executive Service, Leading America's Workforce

The Senior Executive Service (SES) lead Americaโ€™s workforce. As the keystone of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, the SES was established to โ€œโ€ฆensure that the executive management of the Government of the United States is responsive to the needs, policies, and goals of the Nation and otherwise is of the highest quality.โ€ These leaders possess well-honed executive skills and share a broad perspective on government and a public service commitment that is grounded in the Constitution.

Members of the SES serve in the key positions just below the top Presidential appointees. SES members are the major link between these appointees and the rest of the Federal workforce. They operate and oversee nearly every government activity in approximately 75 Federal agencies.

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) manages the overall Federal executive personnel program, providing the day-to-day oversight and assistance to agencies as they develop, select, and manage their Federal executives.

Yup, I caught that too. This is how they are able to get around everything. Top secret clearance with no vetting. Unlimited funds and no accountability. Mueller it is said could run a hundred million dollar tab on his investigation. Cue Bono. Sessions has to account to them.

My understanding, since we were no longer operating like the country we should be, is that they had made rules that said they could nor be fired. This was probably supported by previous administrations. They are/were basically unaccountable to anyone. Need to investigate
