Don't disagree, but the only way to free the people of Iran of thru regime change. The mullahs are never going to allow the Persians to be free. Remember last years protests in Iran? Not that I am a fan of regime change but the fall of the Iranian regime would be a huge game changer. BUt my original point is that last year Potus/Q were solidly behind regime change, thru the Persians doing the change, not US intervention. His words today make it sound like he doesn't care about the people of Iran, only making a deal.
