I think the argument will be made to the public, but they won't even attempt that defense in court since the video would actually be real and they would only look foolish to claim otherwise.
There is an incredible amount of audio and video evidence, proving an endless number crimes, from sources such as the Weiner laptop, to every single phone call made, or video sent. It is all classified and will only be used if needed.
