In 2004, the elderly Captain Ward Boston penned a brief affidavit describing how the official Liberty report thst was put out under his and Admiral Kidd's name was, in fact, a forgery.
Captain Ward described how much data was both misrepresented and omitted, including how the Israelis machine gunned the lifeboats which were thrown in the water as the Liberty was about to be abandoned.
Should be required reading for all, this affidavit.
