At the end of the day it truly doesn't matter how much "inside info" Q actually gives out that pans out that matters.
They've told us all flat out at the very beginning that
1) this is a mission
2) everything they drop is raw intel.
3) disinfo is required.
That is their part in this.
The idea of completing the public record with the facts, is for anons. That is our part in this. It's why anons are gaslit to high heaven about it.
The intel Q drops can not and will not do that (ie- complete the public record). It's how they are able do it without being arrested. The NSA having complete control.

If I were to hazard a guess it's because once you declare the setting up of it and it goes to the action phase, aside from the chain of command (and who the heads actually are).. everything else will be classified.
