Dark forces could mean the refugee surge. or the rise of the Holy Roman empire.
Hard to say if that is the real one.
You know that one of the reasons that they keep trying to use the sources and methods words. is that a method that was used was cooperation between Ukraine and the U.K.
One thing I can agree with there.
