No, he decided HIMSELF to have slaves. Lots of Americans had to die because he was HALF THE MAN (or 3/5) that Lincoln was.
I agree that all of the founders were historical giants, but they formed an imperfect country and left it for future generations to suffer through.
Lincoln had to deal with so much shit and he still persevered. I'm not saying GW or others are useless. I'm just saying, in the PANTHEON of PRESIDENTS, it's LINCOLN above everyone.

WRONG. I'm not going to bother with a history lesson, but things didn't go off the rails because of Lincoln. If you hate federal largesse, your problems began with the 16th Amendment.
