Moar digs on Elijah Cummings' wife Maya Rockeymoore:

She wants to run for governor of Maryland:

Reminder: We'll still need to have all the Lefty nonprofits sitting on the front pew in our church for the 2020 campaign season. They haven't gone anywhere, anons.

Well! This is just as of last week:

BALTIMORE — A government ethics watchdog has filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service against a charity run by the wife of Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings.

The complaint was filed on Monday by the National Legal and Policy Center against the Center for Global Policy Solutions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headed by Maya Rockeymoore Cummings, the Congressman's wife.

Its main purpose, they say, is for the IRS to investigate whether "its organizers are getting fat off the grants."

Rockeymoore Cummings is also President of a similarly named for-profit consulting firm called Global Policy Solutions, LLC., which has listed the same address and phone number as the charity."

The little trick of creating multiple corporate entities with names that are just BARELY different is right out of the Clintons' playbook. Q knows, which is why somebody (I can't remember who it was) said today that Lois Lerner (former IRS Commissioner) might come back into the ballgame. Hat tip to the marvelous Charles Ortel for teaching me about all that. The man is a damn wizard, and he has the Clintons' number.

Requesting digs on both the Rockeymoore/Cummings' 501(c)(3) orgs:

Global Policy Solutions, LLC

Are search tools for organizations/individuals still in the dough? The need for them hasn't gone anywhere.

"The watchdog claims Rockeymoore Cummings was in violation of the Internal Revenue Code for overlapping her non-profit and for-profit business dealings, but may have also personally benefited financially from charitable donations in what is also known as inurement."

INUREMENT, INUREMENT, INUREMENT

https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-organizations/inurement-private-benefit-charitable-organizations

"A section 501(c)(3) organization must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, such as the creator or the creator's family, shareholders of the organization, other designated individuals, or persons controlled directly or indirectly by such private interests. No part of the net earnings of a section 501(c)(3) organization may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. A private shareholder or individual is a person having a personal and private interest in the activities of the organization."

I imagine she dropped out because she and/or Elijah thought that their nonprofit scam was in danger of being revealed during the campaign. They'd been dipping their hands into the till bigger than life.

Maybe Ben Jealous, one of her Dem opponents, knew and was going to use it against her/them. He ended up getting all the donor money, not her.

If she's considering running for Maryland governor now, that obstacle must be out of the way.

Ugh, whatever happened to Muckety? I know it ran Flash video, but it was still useful.

Is there an alternative to Muckety out there, anons?
