no one in a position of power or authority or fame is there/stays there by chance or hard work. You can pretty much assume that any one who is, is either related, pedos or blackmailed/compt.
the system demands it. they promote and protect eachother and use these tactics to recruit "rising stars".
Good people are kept in lower ranks or harassed out.
