These stories all come from the main stream media(albeit with little fanfare) and other Government agencies involved in making the arrests. Children who are victims have special privacy rights, but the perpetrators of these crimes do not. The names may not be ripped from the headlines, but they are relevant. A global pedophile ring requires a MASSIVE logistical network to maintain(Targeting, Procurement, Financial, Transportation, Housing, Food, Coverup). It would require a compartmentalized effort involving 1000s of individuals.

To control all of the problems that inevitably would arise, you need to compromise almost every State Child Protective Services Agency at a very high level. Most of the Law Enforcement problems that will arise get funneled into this sphere. You want to find high level perps, look at the State heads of these agencies. Find the people who have been sitting in those positions for a LONG time. Identify who actually assigns cases.
Now imagine you are Jeff Sessions and spearheading a takedown operation. You roll it up Pyramid Style. You take down the low level operators en masse. You create too many cases for the high level fix team to suppress at once. Operators, when faced with life in prison, will talk. They really can't name Tier 1 Elite names, because they don't know, but they can name people from CPS who have dead ended investigations. It only takes 1 or 2 people willing to testify to break open a CPS scandal. If there is a global pedo ring operating in the US for decades, CPS is required to suppress all of the fuck ups that are bound to occur. The high level CPS perps will be pressured insanely hard to fall on their swords when it comes down and will be the absolute focus of the elite efforts to suppress Jeff Sessions efforts to take it down. We should be looking at high level CPS people in California, Virginia, and other states which are hotbeds for these activities. Have any CPS officials been replaced in the last 18 months? Have any been mysteriously been absent from public sight?
There are 18,000 sealed federal filings out there. This is 3-4 times the normal amount. Pedro-ring takedown is by far the most likely source.
A lot of the pedo sweep arrests are taking down run of the mill operators who are doing the same evil shit they have done for decades and are not connected to an Elite Ring. It only takes a handful that are not to bring down the pyramid.
A global conspiracy to accomplish anything cannot be operated without a logistics network. The entire world is not compromised. Finding operators to do this work is not easy. You use the same people over and over.
All roads to maintain control and suppressing exposure of the logistics of operating this network run through Child Protective Services and the individuals within it who assign cases.
