MSNBC had John Brennen on the phone. They holding on the the statement by Mueller: If we could have exonerated President Trump of obstruction we would have done it.

 

Brennen's saying that means Pres. Trump is guilty of obstruction. Anchor (Ari) and his expert panelists agree.

 

What all of them don't see is Mueller's words: 'if we could have'. What that means. Never in history has a prosecutor done that, or is any prosecutor ever been call to do it. Prosecutors either find evidence to believe there was a crime and a certain prep committed.

 

Mueller's SC did not indict. To make an exoneration would turn our legal system on its head. It would be guilty until proven innocent (exonerated).
