With authority to declas handed over to Barr, are all our hopes resting on Barr to declas or can POTUS say "fuck it" and force the timing of the declas himself apart from Barr's say?

I hope and pray the latter because POTUS is really the only one I could trust.

Dems will commence impeachment proceedings without a doubt now. It's all they have left. Now would be a good time to declas.
