Seems HW’ish. Dark smoke like that could mean accelerant. Could also be clothing depending on composition. Natural materials (cotton) would typically burn cleaner than polyester etc. But if polyester were melting to your skin I couldn’t imagine walking that calmly. Plus, the amount of fire and smoke seems to great for just a pair of pants and a shirt burning.
