Prosecution of the DAD (Deputy Acting Director) was declined.

What in the hell is this?????????????

This is obviously a coverup, but is it also bait?

The Office of the Inspector General can recommend prosecution but it cannot pursue it. The DOJ (under Wray) would have to pursue it. Someone who answers to Wray made the decision not to prosecute. Wray needs to reverse that decision before someone gets necked. This is, I think, connect to the middle of the night raid on Stone … which should make it easy to locate the DAD who has violated our laws.

He should not be allowed to retire or resign … he should be prosecuted and hung out to dry.

First of all, that's not the way proof works. He has started from a presumption of guilt and from that presumption, it is incredibly difficult to find the sort of evidence he's referring to.

Black Hat. End of discussion.

OIG does not "do" prosecutions. Not their thang.

They investigate. They write reports. They make recommendations. They break for lunch. They do all sorts of things, but they do not convene grand juries and they do not bring charges.
