1. They concur in the declination of prosecuting HRC and that "gross negligence" needs some sort of "intent."

1. No mention of any actual child porn on the Weiner laptop, though it was during a search of it for that content that the FBI agents discovered the HRC emails. It is possible this is an ongoing investigation.
