If I recall correctly, the anti Gluten studies came out. And when those anti Gluten studies came out, there weren't any Glyphosate studies.
We really don't know if that old Gluten was Glyphosate free.
However, there could be more recent studies where they did take glyphosate into consideration when testing gluten.
