I saw this in the notables.
A couple of things i discovered.
Tim ozman has several books on Amazon, inlcuding a couple of Pepe books. He also appears to be a huge FlatEarthFag.
The creator of Pepe the frog has been suing infowars for profitting off his image.
Yet for some reason had no problem with this guy selling Pepe coloring books on Amazon.
This Tim Ozman is suing someone else for copyright infringment.
05/17/19 Judge rules Pepe the Frog copyright lawsuit against InfoWars will go to trial
A federal judge in California on Thursday ruled that a copyright infringement lawsuit filed against InfoWars by the creator of the "Pepe the Frog" character will go to trial.
Matt Furie, the creator of the popular frog, which has largely been coopted online by conservatives, sued InfoWars for copyright infringement over a poster it sold depicting Pepe the Frog with right-wing figures including President Trump, activist Milo Yiannopoulos and conspiracy theorist and InfoWars founder Alex Jones.
District Judge Michael Fitzgerald, who is overseeing the case in federal court in California, ruled in favor of Furie on several counts. But he said the issue of comments made by Furie on his ownership of Pepe the Frog is disputed enough to advance it to trial.
InfoWars had alleged that Furie’s copyright of the character was invalid because it may have been based off another frog from an Argentinian cartoon called “El Sapo Pepe.” Furie said he had never heard of the Argentine cartoon before, and the judge ruled against InfoWars’ claim that Furie having access to the internet was enough to suggest that he could have seen the other character.
The site had also claimed that the image Furie submitted for copyright was copied from a meme posted on bodybuilding.com. But Furie showed that meme itself was likely copied from a black and white version of Pepe he had published years earlier, and Fitzgerald again sided with the cartoonist.

30-01-2019 Author files trademark suit against unnamed cybersquatter
An author of a book about the Earth being flat has filed a trademark infringement and cybersquatting suit against an unnamed defendant who is allegedly using his name to spread defamatory content.
In a complaint filed at the US District Court for the District of New Mexico on January 25, Jacob Vigil accused an “unknown corporate entity” of trademark infringement, dilution, false designation of origin, unfair competition and cybersquatting.
New Mexico-based Vigil is an author and internet radio personality who has been using the pseudo-name Tim Ozman for his fictional works since April 2010, the filing said.
He regularly speaks on a talk show named “The Flat Earth Report” on The Flat Earth Network and is president of an organisation named The Infinite Plane Society.
The activist alleged that the accused entity is “registering domains commonly used to identify” Vigil, preventing him from registering them and using them himself for promotional purposes.
The domains allegedly registered by the ‘John Doe’ defendant are: timozman.com, infiniteplanesociety.org, flatearthnetwork.live, flatearthreport.live, jacobkreist.com, and jacobvigil.me.
Vigil said the registration of these sites was “in bad faith” and “with malicious intent” because they “redirect to defamatory content”. It said they also redirect to sites which are “intended to confuse Vigil’s subscribers, readers and listeners”.
He added that by redirecting traffic to its own websites, the defendant is purposefully tarnishing the Tim Ozman name.
