Russia has been strengthening its ties to Syria, Iran and Turkey to name a few. Selling weapons and nuke tech etc. Germany and France in particular, spent billions trying to break into the untapped market of Iran in the hopes of enriching themselves. What kind of deals did they make with Iran to gain access to that market? What might they be turning a blind eye to, or what might they be offering in return for that access? Why did Hussein send $1.2 billion dollars in cash?

I think that in part, some of the money Hillary got was so that she would remove the US sanctions on Iran, and when she lost, that money had to be paid back. The money most likely came from those who stood to gain from having the US sanctions removed. Germany, France, Iran and who knows who else.
