Any ANONS here know if there is a way to find a service member using their number? I'm trying to return something i found to them.

A few years ago i found a sterling silver belt buckle, on the back it says their name,

and underneath that it says U.S.N with a 7 digit number.

I'm assuming U.S.N is Navy and the 7 digit number it their military I.D number, it's quite old from the patina on it.

Anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated.
