Confiscate the hedge funds that grew big on stolen bank bailout money and figure out how to apportion the stock to citizens of the United States along with parcels of western "federal" land. Nobody else needs to be taxed on income ever again. Tariffs will be all we need.
It was stolen money issued under false pretenses in the first place. Repossession is a better word. A few families illegitimately owning all the corporations and turning them violently against the public is a national security threat of the highest order.
