Here is an example of how the COMMUNIST state of (((california)))
works:
First - my apartment building had a fire last December and I lost almost all my 'legal' paperwork.
Second - I have to renew my ID card. I know.. I took my salvaged birth certificate, expired ID, a current bank statement, new lease (am in temp apt until the building is fixed), and a salvaged letter from SS. None of these forms of ID were enough to get a new ID.
If I can get a new ID I still have to make an appointment. You have to make an appointment 4 months in advance to go through the final process to 'apply'.
This is the basic process and I have even one more step - which I won't go into. This will probably add another 4 months to my 'attempt' to get just ID.
