I work in the legal system. If someone gets arrested, they can post bail, go free, while awaiting trial. For all we know people could have been arrested and released in bond while awaiting. It takes years sometimes to make an arrest in a murder that has a killer that is known but without all the proper supporting evidence it can't happen. If you want to jump ship do so. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the show. If you don't like the show change the channel.
