The U.S. Diplomacy Center (@DiplomacyCenter) will be a 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art museum and education center dedicated to telling the story of American diplomacy.

โ€ฆ

The funds used for this project? The Department of State has a public-private partnership with the Diplomacy Center Foundation (DCF), founded by the late Senator Charles McC. Mathias, Ambassador Stephen Low and others.

โ€ฆ

In 2010, Secretary Clinton appointed Elizabeth Frawley Bagley, Ambassador to Portugal, retired, to lead the fund-raising efforts on behalf of the Department.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Former Secretary of State James Baker Host the Launch of the Diplomacy Center

January 25, 2013

SECRETARY BAKER: And Elizabeth Bagley; and let me tell you something. Without Elizabeth Bagley, there would be no Diplomacy Center. Sheโ€™s been absolutely critical and instrumental to its creation and to its future. And I want to say a word, too, to all of you out there who are supporting this center. Thank you for what youโ€™re doing. Without you, there would be no Diplomacy Center.

>_____

Diplomacy Center opened right before Inauguration with almost no public money.

ex-SOS's Kerry, Clinton, Powell, Albright & Baker ALL attended groundbreaking or opening.

Another Bunker?
