What would its purpose be?

What needs added and/or subtracted from existing Constitution?

And the biggie

WTF makes you think that A) assuming the convention actually worked like YOU think it will and whatever great and wonderful additions/subtractions from existing were implemented, that B) the "new" shit would be followed/enforced any more than the 'old' shit is????
