You need to realize you are playing into ([{their}]) narrative. The USA Constitution only recognizes dual citizenship as that of the federation and that of the person's home state. Someone becomes a new USA citizen swears to abandon any previous allegiance and yet too many of such new citizens keep voting in foreign elections. The solution is to revoke USA citizenship to those that vote in foreign elections or get a foreign passport. No legislation required.
