The first reason is above and in the video. 767s cannot fly at the speeds and low altitude attributed them in the 9/11 Commission Report.
I believe both Towers were hit by drones. However, the first drone took everyone by surprise. It wasn't necessary to attach the hologram to it. But for the second plane, everyone would be looking up already.
